sure they are smoothly fitted into their assigned roles and the overall system,

suitable employees, manpower planning also deals with the process of upgrading

Directing.

involves guiding, inspiring and leading people so that they accomplish

there, planning involves envisioning the results the organization wants to
achieve, and determining the steps necessary to arrive at the intended
destination--success, whether that is measured in financial terms, or goals that

Answer: The process of
the departmentation generally follows no stiff rules but the main purpose of
carrying on with the process of the departmentation is to provide the level of
