Answer : Not all project
management processes apply to all projects or project phases. Process groups
can overlap and interact. Forty-two project management processes are contained
within the five project management process groups:

groups according to PMI. They are Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring
and Controlling, and Closing.
All groups contain a total of 44
project management processes of which 21 are located in the planning group.

seller in exchange for consideration. Most of these contracts are written
agreements that specify each party’s obligations in relation to the
transaction. Generally, one includes business provisions, detailed price lists,
payment information, and other legal terms and conditions applicable to the
transaction.

agencies have adopted purchasing procurement programs that include all of the
activities that take place when goods and services are acquired from vendors.
Pursuant to these programs, a company or government agency may issue a request
for proposal, which details the goods requirements or the service
specifications. Once the proposal request has been issued, bidders may submit

Answer : These services aim to
provide the customer with a range of specialized services that cover a wide
range of needs for project management. Such needs are the planning and the
monitoring control of a project, project management support in the bidding
phase of a project, and general support at the corporate level for the
operational planning, development and guidance of the company staff which will
be assigned with project management responsibilities.
