Q1. Explain the importance of Employee

Ans : Every individual at the workplace shares a certain
relationship with his fellow workers. Human beings are not machines who can
start working just at the push of a mere button. They need people to talk to,
discuss ideas with each other and share their happiness and sorrows. An individual
cannot work on his own, he needs people around. If the organization is all

Every organization

form of violent conflicts later on. The grievance
Q5. What are the objectives of Trade
Unions?
Ans : Trade unions are
formed to protect and promote the interests of their members. Their primary
function is to protect the interests of workers against discrimination and
unfair labor practices. Trade unions are formed to achieve the following

Trade unions represent individual workers when they have a
problem at work. If an employee feels he is being unfairly treated, he can ask
the union representative to help sort out the difficulty with the manager or

Q6. Suppose you are appointed as an HR
Manager of a mining company. You find that most of the lower tier workers are
