Answer:The Internet is the global system of interconnected computer networks
that use the Internet protocol suite (TCP/IP) to link billions of devices
worldwide. It is a network of networks that consists of millions of private,
public, academic, business, and government networks of local to global scope,
linked by a broad array of electronic, wireless, and optical networking
technologies. The Internet carries an extensive range of information resources
and services, such as the inter-linked hypertext documents and applications of
the World Wide Web (WWW), electronic mail, telephony, and peer-to-peer networks
for file sharing.
Question. 2. Write short notes on any five
popular web servers.
Answer:A web server is a program that acts like a computer or a virtual machine
that hosts the web pages over the World Wide Web. The main function of a web
server is to deliver the html documents to the clients. The html documents may
involve text, images, videos, audio etc. The common features of all the web
servers are virtual hosting, bandwidth throttling, large file support, server
side scripting. Depending on how the above features are handled by a web
server, some web servers are rated superior than the others.
Question. 3. Describe Class Based IP
Address.
Answer:In order for systems to locate each other in a distributed environment,
nodes are given explicit addresses that uniquely identify the particular
network the system is on and uniquely identify the system to that particular
network. When these two identifiers are combined, the result is a
globally-unique address.

DHTML
Answer:DHTML (Dynamic HTML) is not a programming or markup language like HTML.
It is a term that is used to describe the creation of dynamic and interactive
pages. One of the advantages of DHTML for web design and clients is that it can
combine the use of HTML, JavaScript, XML and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).
Dynamic web pages/websites separate the content (text) from the logic
(interactive functions, look and feel etc.). Dynamic content is stored in a
database that is connected to the website.

available in PHP? Explain each ofthem with the syntax.
Answer:In programming it is often necessary to repeat the same block of code a
given number of times, or until a certain condition is met. This can be
accomplished using looping statements. PHP has two major groups of looping
statements: for and while. The For statements are best used when you want to
perform a loop a specific number of times. The While statements are best used
to perform a loop an undetermined number of times. In addition, you can use the
Break and Continue statements within looping statements.

operators used in PHP?
Answer:Simple answer can be given using expression 4 + 5 is equal to 9. Here 4
