Explain the need for organizing. Discuss the role of Top Management in
Organizing for Quality Management.
Answer:Organising is a step-by-step process. At each step, an important task is
performed by the administrators working at the top-level of management.
While organising, the top managers carry out
following important tasks:-

in the present and future. In addition, heuristics have been researched to
understand the decision making process.
