business success. Your company can attain its goals by including the human
resources department in matters that affect the business overall. In the
meantime, your human resources has its own objectives, which can be integrated
into the organizational objectives.
2 What do you mean by Human Resource Audit? Discuss the purpose of HR
Audit. Explain the common approaches to HR Audit.

is a comprehensive method (or means) to review current human resources policies,
procedures, documentation and systems to identify needs for improvement and
enhancement of the HR function as well as to ensure compliance with
