1. Are your organization’s
values clearly defined? If yes, what are they? How would you describe your
organization’s corporate culture? Can you identify anyone within the
organization who exemplifies the corporate culture and values?
Answer: Corporate leaders love to talk about values.
They put them on web sites, frame them, place them prominently in boardrooms
and proudly espouse them in media interviews. The notion of values has become
so pervasive that it’s hard to find any CEO who doesn’t tout their importance.
Yet all too often, values are little more

Answer: Over the past several years, one of the most
important contributions psychology has made to the field of business has been
in determining the key traits of acknowledged leaders. Psychological tests have

3. i) How does your
organization measure performance?
Answer: Measuring performance is a vital part of
monitoring an organization’s progress. It comprises measuring the actual

6. Do you believe ethics can
be taught? If yes, why? If no, why not? In your opinion, what is the role of leaders
for the development of ethical principles in their followers?
Answer: There's constant pressure to achieve
performance targets, to reach higher performance levels, and to ensure that
people's work supports and furthers the organization's goals.
Performance management is the process used to
manage this performance.

Answer: CSR is about businesses and other
organizations going beyond the legal obligations to manage the impact they have
on the environment and society. In particular, this could include how
