technological changes have shared the pattern of developments of malls in the
historical perspective.
Answer: Engineering, the systematic
application of scientific knowledge in developing and applying technology, has

Answer: The landlord and tenant
relationship has its roots in Feudalism, a system of land use and ownership
that flourished in Europe between the tenth and thirteenth centuries. Under
feudalism land was owned and controlled by a military or political sovereign ruler.
This ruler gave portions of land he or she owned to another person, called a
lord. The lord, in turn, could allow another person, called a vassal, to use
smaller portions of the lord's land. The vassal pledged allegiance and military
or other service to the lord in exchange for the right to live and work on the
land.

Answer: A brand is a name, term,
design, or other feature that distinguishes one seller's product from those of
others. Brands are used in business, marketing, and advertising. Initially,
livestock branding was adopted to differentiate one person's cattle from
another's by means of a distinctive symbol burned into the animal's skin with a
hot branding iron. A modern example of a brand is Pepsi which belongs to
PepsiCo Inc.

of anchor tenant? Explain
Answer: When you are working with a
tenant mix strategy or plan it pays to look at all the tenants and their lease
structures as part of the process. Of concern or focus is the balance of lease
expires and lease renewals that could conflict with each other. Add to that the
variations to cash flow that they can create.
