Ques 1 Who is an Entrepreneur? What is the role of
entrepreneurship in Economic Development?
Ans The word entrepreneur is derived from the French
verb ‘entreprendre’, which means to attempt, to undertake, to contract for, to

person who enters into a new project or tries a new opportunity and takes from
