Answer: Directing in an organisation

Direction involves the initiation of activities to achieve the goals of organisation. Words like leading, ordering, guiding, etc. convey the same meaning of directing. Directing has been defined by Koontz O'Donnell as, "The interpersonal aspects of managing by which subordinates are led to understand and contribute effectively and efficiently to the attainment of enterprise objectives".

2.  What is Creative Thinking? Discuss the importance of Creative thinking. Explain the process of Creative Thinking.

Answer :  Whether you personally believe it or not, we are all creative by nature. Every last one of us. Think back to when you were a child and there will lay all the proof you need to realize this simple fact.

The problem is that creative thinking is something that’s not emphasized or developed enough in secondary education. It’s encouraged in primary school, but slowly discouraged later on as you are taught to follow instruction instead.

3. Explain the concept of Time Management. Discuss the steps involved in Time Management

Answer :  1. Relax and Remain Composed

Unless you hold some magical power, and if so please enlighten me, everything cannot be finished at once. The first step towards effectively managing time is to take a step back and think clearly. Rushing into any situation without poise can make even the easiest task feel impossible.

Negotiation is a method by which people settle differences. It is a process by which compromise or agreement is reached while avoiding argument.

True authority is born from respect for the good character and trustworthiness of the person who leads.
