Question. 1. "Management is an art of getting things done through and with people". Consider thisdefinition of Management by Mary Parker Follett and point out the view of the author withreference to the traditional debate in the management literature. (10 Marks)

This is absolute fact of the management that this is a job where efforts are not necessary.
