Question. 1. Explain with example the responsibility of organisation towards the various types ofstakeholders as listed below: (10 Marks)

Answer:Each and every organization holds certain responsibilities and duties towards their stakeholders. When we say stakeholders then it clearly means that the person is of some kind of value to the company or organization. So, if we are talking about stakeholder then we can include a. Shareholder,b. Customer,c. Society,d. Governmentand e. Employees in this list. These are the most common types of stakeholders and below you will find the description about theresponsibility of organisation towards these stakeholders.



Question.2. M/s Eduwriter is the notebook manufacturing company. The company specializes inschool notebooks comprising of 96 and 198 pages. Recently, the company has startedselling stationary products too i.e. Pen, Pencil, Eraser etc. The company is currentlypresent in five major cities namely, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata and Chennai. Thecompany now plans to start its own CSR activities. The company hires you as a CSR headand has given you the task to list down at least five CSR activities that you wouldundertake which will align well with the company’s current line of business. Explain thefive CSR activities in detail. (10 Marks)
