Scope of production management
Answer:“Production Management is the process of effective planning and
regulating the operations of that section of an enterprise which is responsible
for the actual transformation of materials into finished products.” This
definition limits the scope of production management to those activities of an
enterprise which are associated with the transformation process of inputs into
outputs. & the definition does not include the human factors

selection and development
Answer:When teams collaborate in developing new innovations, having the
following eight ingredients mixed into your team's new product developmental
repertoire will ensure that it's overall marketability will happen relatively
quick, and accurately -- making everyone productive across the board.

production planning and control.

strategic and long-term in nature.

analysis because:

study, which is primarily carried out to determine the standard time required
to perform a specific task. Such time standards are used for planning and
